Frank Schnitzler, Founder and Principal of Schnitzler, approaches real estate no differently than he does relationships: with a long-term mindset.

On that foundational value, Frank has built a reputation as a highly respected real estate professional since launching his business in 2004.

A year earlier, he obtained his real estate broker’s license after a successful international corporate career, primarily in sales and marketing. His work in the industry has included a stint with some of the larger brokerage firms in the area, including Marcus & Millichap, one of the largest companies that exclusively represents the owners of investment properties.

During his tenure with Marcus & Millichap, Frank worked with owners of office and industrial properties. The experience gives Frank a holistic perspective as a tenant representative. While advocating tirelessly for his clients, Frank’s strategic, analytical approach identifies opportunities in which landlords also see benefit and streamlined negotiations.

Since 2010, under his leadership, Schnitzler Inc. has carved a niche as a business incentive consultant in the real estate community. Frank goes beyond the nuts and bolts of buildings and interest rates by helping clients think strategically about what they are trying to achieve and how their current, or future, business objectives will best be served with locational and incentive services.

At the same time, he has developed a reputation among municipal, regional and state governments and Economic Development Organizations (EDOs) as a straightforward, trustworthy resource. Frank is adept at fostering dialogue between clients that bring far-reaching economic benefits and agencies in a position to provide incentives to retain or attract that industry.

Instead of aiming for “quick hit” financial benefits without regard for relationships, Frank’s long-term view stimulates circular economic growth that clarifies and maximizes the benefits that flow from business strategies.

He recognizes that although they come from different perspectives, brokers and government bodies share a common interest in helping clients meet their business needs. Schnitzler Inc. serves as the glue that transforms separate parties into a symbiotic partnerships.

Jennifer Kraus

SENIOR ASSOCIATE
Jennifer Kraus, Senior Associate, contributes a history of business strategy/management experience with entrepreneurial business development expertise to Schnitzler Inc’s corporate representation. Jen is an innovative and creative thinker who brings uncommon energy and passion to problem-solving and structuring business transactions. These traits  served her well with her time as the head of business development at New Works LLC, a learning facility for water process automation and control, and founder and president of Kraus Construction for which she provided residential general contracting services.

Parlaying her extensive industry experience and history on the operational frontlines, with Schnitzler Inc. she first gains a clear picture of a client’s growth needs and challenges. From that point, employing a hands-on approach in tackling complex projects from start to finish, she implements steps that help the client achieve short- and long-term goals.

Well versed in idea generation, implementation strategies, marketing, communications, operations, and organizational development, Jen brings her multidisciplinary expertise to bear on perhaps her strongest quality: establishing, then nurturing relationships that are built on a foundation of trust and professionalism.

She comes by her work ethic, proactive problem-solving, and business leadership naturally. Signs of Jen’s entrepreneurial grit surfaced early: in the 2nd grade, not content with creating and supervising a lemonade stand, she shifted operations to a wagon when sales lagged. By going door-to-door throughout her neighborhood, Jen quickly sold out of her product.
